What we translate
The translation can include the account holder’s name, bank and branch details, statement period, balances, transaction descriptions, dates, currencies, account identifiers, explanatory notes, stamps and other visible text.
We do not recalculate balances, convert currencies or independently verify the account.

Bank statements can contain sensitive personal and financial data. Upload only the pages required for the translation. If you are unsure whether every page is needed, tell us the purpose of the translation when requesting your quote.
Before uploading
Please provide clear scans of all pages that need to be translated and tell us the source language, target language and IRCC application or purpose. If the relevant instructions require a particular translator status, affidavit or supporting document, tell us when requesting the quote.
