Current application requirements
IRCC translation requirements are not identical across every application route. The relevant checklist may specify how the translation must be prepared, whether an affidavit is needed and what should be submitted with the original-language document.

What is included in the translation
Academic information
The translation can include institution names, student details, course titles and codes, grades, credits, dates, qualification information, explanatory notes, stamps and seals shown on the source.
We translate the document as presented; we do not independently convert grades, calculate equivalencies or issue credential assessments.
